Worship Contest – Songs about the Cross and/or Resurrection

The Lord’s Supper, or communion, is an activity that Jesus told us to do in remembrance of Him. His body was broken for us and His blood paid the price of our sins. Our whole faith hinges on the Cross and Resurrection of Christ. In celebration of this event, I thought it would be special to have a venue for people to express from their own hearts their views of the cross and/or resurrection of Christ.

Many songs were submitted for the contest. Kim Ilene McDaniel & Geoff Kern’s – ‘How Precious’ received the most votes, followed by Martha Frank’s ‘At Calvary.’ I wanted to keep them all up, but realized it was taking too much space on the website.
